Office Assistant – Warilla
We are a private Community Care Provider. We have a position for an receptionist/office assistant at our Warilla office. The position is Monday to Friday. 8:30am to 4:30pm and is an immediate start.
Duties: General office duties including but not limited to:
· Answering the phone, taking messages and directing calls
· Assisting with roster changes
· Managing mail in and out
· Managing filing system.
· Data entering including admissions, pays and roster changes
· Data Entering/Invoicing
· Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing.
· Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
· Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
· Assisting to maintain supply inventory.
· Maintaining office equipment as needed.
· Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.
Essential
· Warm personality and effective communication skills
· Ability to work as part of a team
· Ability to follow instruction
· Experience as an office assistant in Health or in a related field.
· Computer skills – ability to learn databases – use of Microsoft Office
· Current driver’s license/reliable car
