Admin officer/ contact center
Responsibilities of this role are to engage with potential clients over the phone, understand their storage needs, and provide tailored solutions. Your ability to build rapport, provide information, and close sales will be crucial to your success in this role.
- Manage INBOUND sales calls, following up and converting leads.
- making outbound calls to customers and corporate offices to chase jobs.
- Online chat with potential customers through our chat platform
- Fluent english level required
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
- Provide accurate quotes and detailed information about our services.
- Collaborate with the sales and in store teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- General administration duties
- ms office, excel, powepoint, knowledge .
- Schedule jobs
- Making roster
- Making dekivery runs for drivers
- helping in office afmin work and tax related bookkeeping records
- Be punctual and multi tasking
