Rabbits: British Giants cross New Zealand kits
$60
Sunny Banks has British Giants cross New Zealand kits for sale: 5 boys and 8 girls varying between 3 months and 5 months old. $50 for 3 months old bunnies. $60 for 4.5 and 5-month-old bunnies.
These are a larger breed than most pet bunnies and while bred as meat bunnies, they also make a sweet pet.

To be sure our rabbits are ready and in peak health, they stay with their mothers well after weaning and then have at a least a week separate from their mother before rehoming so I can be sure they are truly eating independently.
Sunny Banks is a multi-species property that we steward organically, holistically, and regeneratively. Our animals are integral to our holistic land management practices and are highly valued.
As with all our beloved animals, Sunny Banks rabbits are much loved, and I will screen to ensure the kits go to a good home.
HOME: If you intend to hutch them, they will need a larger than usual hutch of at least 1.5 metres by 0.6 metres or thereabouts. While this might sound obvious, you will also need to bring a suitable transport crate or cardboard box with air-flow. Yes, I have had someone turn up with a hole-less plastic storage crate to transport an animal and won’t allow that.
Rabbits live for at least 7 years and it is important to remember this if you commit to homing a bun-bun. They are curious, loving, and with enough attention, cuddly and engaging pets. The kits could easily adapt to being your house-bun but will need some safe outdoor time and sunshine too.
Rabbits are very clever and will adapt to different food, water delivery, and home conditions if you give them time and love.
FOOD – The kits are currently eating organic hay, fresh grass, herbs, kale, comfrey, various leaves, garden leafy greens, carrot, apple, orange, banana and pear pieces and skins, supplemented by Felburg's Pet Mix and an additional ground mix I make myself which I call Mama Mix. This is the ideal diet for bunnies and regardless of Pet Industry claims, is a superior diet to pellets. Of course, you may choose to switch your rabbit (s) to pellets.
As my friends at Oakenwolf Rabbitry recommend, if you intend to naturally feed, please be wary of being told that kits/rabbits are eating fresh foods and then finding that you have been sold kits who only recognise pellets as food. Ask to see them eating these items, or you may find yourself with a hungry, stressed rabbit.
WATER: If you are using water bottles, the kits/rabbits will need a bowl as that is what they are used to in addition to the bottle as they learn to use bottles.
